Did you know, if you were injured in a car accident, while in the scope of your employment, you likely have a workers compensation claim? Now, the term, “scope of employment “includes all acts reasonably necessary or related to the performance of work. In other words, not personal business. The interesting thing about car accidents while on the job is that you’re generally entitled to benefits, even if you were at-fault, in the form of lost wages and medical expenses.

Now, if another driver was at-fault in the accident, you also have a claim against that driver’s insurance.
